Dato’ Sri Robin Tan Yeong Ching was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company on 23 October 2026. He graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science Degree in Accounting/Law from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom, in 1995.

He began his career with Berjaya Group Berhad in 1995 as an Executive. He was subsequently appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of Berjaya Corporation Berhad (“BCorporation”) in 2011, later served as the Chairman/CEO of BCorporation in 2012, and subsequently held various leadership roles including Executive Deputy Chairman and Non-Independent Non-Executive Deputy Chairman until his resignation in 2023.

Currently, Dato’ Sri Robin serves as the Chairman/Non-Independent Executive Director of Sports Toto Berhad, the Deputy Chairman/Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Berjaya Property Berhad (formerly known as Berjaya Land Berhad) and a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Atlan Holdings Bhd. He is also the Chairman of Berjaya Media Berhad, an Executive Director of STM Lottery Sdn. Bhd., a Director of KDE Recreation Berhad, Berjaya Hartanah Berhad, Bukit Kiara Resort Berhad and Staffield Country Resort Berhad. In addition, he also holds directorships in several other private limited companies within the BCorporation Group of Companies.
