YAM Tunku Tun Aminah Binti Sultan Ibrahim Ismail was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company on 3 March 2017. YAM Tunku Tun Aminah graduated from the prestigious La Salle School of Arts in Singapore. Her Royal Highness is the daughter of KDYMM Seri Paduka Baginda Yang Dipertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim who is a major shareholder of the Company.

YAM Tunku Tun Aminah has considerable experience in heading private organisations across a broad range of industries. Currently, Her Royal Highness is also the Chairperson of Berjaya Corporation Berhad (“BCorporation”), Berjaya Assets Berhad, Berjaya Capital Berhad, Berjaya Group Berhad (“BGroup”), Berjaya Hartanah Berhad, Berjaya Japan Developments Berhad, Bukit Kiara Resort Berhad, Berjaya Property Berhad (formerly known as Berjaya Land Berhad) (“BProperty”), Berjaya Rail Sdn. Bhd., Berjaya Waterfront Sdn. Bhd., Berjaya Times Square Sdn. Bhd., Berjaya Securities Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn. Bhd.), Berjaya Mutual Berhad, Berjaya Assembly Sdn. Bhd. and U Mobile Sdn. Bhd., and holds the KFC franchise in Stulang Laut, Johor Bahru.
